Delivery Service
Free Delivery for all Brand New Product unless otherwise stated
Delivery is only in Singapore.
Used/Refurbished Product
Doorstep Delivery Rate:
- 0-3 Kg : SGD$10
- 3.01-5 Kg : SGD$20
- 5.01-10 Kg : SGD$30
- 10.01-15 Kg : SGD$60 (Applicable For Servers)
- 15.01-20 Kg : SGD$80 (Applicable For Servers)
- 20.01-30 Kg : SGD$100 (Applicable For Servers)
Delivery will require 2-3 Working days.
Delivery cost has to be made before product can be delivered.
Buyer may choose to have self collection.
Self collection location are required to be pre-arrange and require 2-3 working days.
Buyer will be notify of the location after order is confirmed
Warranty
New Product usually comes with 1year and optional warranty upgrade
Refer to product description for detailed Warranty information.
If Warranty is not stated, default of products will be 14 Days Warranty Policy Excluding Shipping Charges.
Product return must be in its original sale condition.
14-Days Warranty Used/Refurbished Products
Warranty does not apply on Free Product.
All product sales by default, has 14 days warranty.
Replacement of product or the product's parts during warranty period.
If neither product nor its parts available, refund will be given to Buyers. (Refund does not include delivery charges)
The day of sale of item will be consider the 1st Day of warranty.
Warranty only apply to product if only product is found faulty on its original condition of sales, not due to:
- Physical or Accidental damage cause by Buyers
- Firmware/ROM refresh by Buyers (All firmware/rom must be in the same version as on sale)
Note: Removal of Warranty stickers void the warranty
No warranty/return of product due to wrong specification and details that has been accepted during the sale. Buyers are advised to check upon product specification and invoice before making payment. .
